We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:

- Unused and free from damage

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Health & Diagnostics products (personal care items)
- Beauty & Wellbeing appliances that have been unsealed
- Any product where the original packaging has been damaged or discarded

Exchange Procedure
