- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
For international customers:
- All customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- We recommend choosing tracked shipping for better visibility
- Refunds are processed in GBP; exchange rates may affect the final amount

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

- Beauty & Wellbeing appliances that have been unsealed
- Any product where the original packaging has been damaged or discarded
Simple Returns Process

- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Prepaid shipping label (for faulty items only)
- Complete return instructions
Step 3: Package & Ship
Please ensure:
- Item is securely packed using original packaging
- All accessories and documentation are included
- Provided shipping label is affixed (or your own for non-faulty returns)
Step 4: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):
- Refund is issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank processing may take additional 2-5 business days
Exchange Procedure
For exchanges:
- Indicate your preferred replacement item in your initial email
- Return the original item following standard procedure
- We’ll process your new order (price differences will be reconciled)
- Your replacement will receive priority shipping

- Faulty/Damaged Items: Free return shipping via prepaid label
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Free Shipping Orders: Original shipping costs deducted from refund
